my stay at this so-called hotel was marred by paper-thin walls, and I was practically serenaded by my neighbor’s private moments. the breakfast was lackluster, with barely any vegetables, not to mention I expected a room upgrade after all that. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t overlook these glaring issues.

It's advisable to clarify which train station you're arriving at for easy navigation, as Turin has two major ones, reducing the risk of disorientation.

Family with children suitable spot
Concierge Alex really made our stay. He was super helpful and recommended this fantastic place to eat, Scannabue, which was a hit with the family. The breakfast was decent too, just what we needed to power through a day of sightseeing.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it fit the bill for our stopover.

I had a lovely stay with a cozy room that came with everything I needed. A cute little food bowl for my dog! The hotel also offers a charming lounge for relaxation, and a great space to enjoy a book or unwind with a TV. The parking isn’t a service provided, but we managed well on the street without any issues—just plan ahead! 🐾

The location near the central train station is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff provided attentive service throughout my stay. Breakfast included a wide variety of options, with numerous delicious cakes that were a highlight. However, the soundproofing needs improvement, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, and the coffee machine created lines during peak hours, which could be frustrating.
